These special satin finished carbon steel Mallet C202.5 putters were designed for Jack Nicklaus’ personal use. Built around the C202.5 Mallet Cavity head, these putters were made in a range of weights from 325 to 340 grams for Jack’s personal experimentation.
Being Jack’s club designer, I always make a small number of each of my new putter designs to his specs, for his personal inspection and use. The remainder of each group, not in his possession, are what you see here.
Together with the Special Edition head cover these rare putters make a limited edition’s, limited edition. A very small number of putters made for the greatest player of all time.
